Month two is the only month that is bigger, because the build is charged once and only after it has already booked you something. Paying up front is offered from month two: six months for the price of five, twelve for the price of ten. The guarantee terms in full.

Which rung should we start on?
Most firms start on Growth, because Core deliberately leaves out the parts that need integration work and Growth is where TradeCommand starts writing back into the systems you already run. If you only need the phone answered and nothing else, Core is honest about being exactly that. You can move up at any time and we credit what you have already paid that month.
Is the monthly price the whole price?
On Growth and Premium, yes: no per-message charges, no usage surprises, and tuning and template changes are part of the service rather than a new invoice. Core carries one stated limit, 500 answered minutes a month, then 20p a minute. We tell you as you approach it, never after you have passed it.
What does the setup fee cover?
The build, done once: connecting your number, inbox, website and diary, loading your services, prices and policies, writing and testing every script in your voice, and the supervised first week where a person reviews what goes out. It is real work, which is exactly why we do not charge it until the second month, once the thing has already booked you something.
Why is it the same price ladder as your other industries?
Because the cost of running it is driven by the same thing everywhere: answered minutes on the same stack. What differs between construction & skilled trades and, say, a restaurant is not the price, it is what sits inside each rung. So the ladder stays the same and the contents are written for your trade.
Do you require a long contract?
No. After setup it is monthly with 30 days’ notice. We keep your business by showing you every week, in your own numbers, what it caught, chased and booked.
